If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help guide you through the process of returning your product and obtaining a refund.
1. Return Conditions
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at tharmsingh2000@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Gifts
- Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Non-Gift Returns: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
